Q: I never got my confirmation e-mail. What happened?
A: Check your junk folder or your junk mail settings. If that doesn't work, check to see that you typed your address correctly and try again.

Q: Can I change my username?
A: No. Once your account has been created, your username cannot be changed. If you absolutely must change your username, our support department may be able to offer some other suggestions.

Q: I have a suggestion for the site. Who should I tell?
A: Great! We love suggestions. Use our contact form to send us your ideas.

Q: Someone keeps using foul language in the game. What should I do?
A: We encourage people to be friendly, but in any on-line community, complete civility is tough to achieve. If the person is abnormally vile and disrespectful, send us the player's username and the game ID and we'll check it out.

Q: Why is there no message board?
A: Both a message board and a private message system are available within each game room. For more general topics, we've found that a direct contact form is a faster and more effective way to respond to questions. The difficulty in finding answers buried in a message board system led to large amounts of cross-posting, re-posting, and unanswered or inaccurately answered questions.

Q: How do I get medals?
A: Stars are awarded based on total wins. Premium members also receive a titanium medal to distinguish their profiles from those of new players.

Q: Why isn't a win/loss ratio tracked?
A: If you're interested in a player's win/loss ratio, it's easy enough to do the math. However, we believe that total wins is a better measure of a player's overall skill and experience level because it's better to try and fail than to have never tried at all.

Q: Why isn't the game free to play?
A: We would love to be able to run the site purely as an act of charity, but there are many expenses associated with its existence. The only way the site can survive is to ask those who use it to help cover its operating costs.

Q: Who runs this site?
A: The site is maintained by a small group of lifelong gamers who decided to make a community where people could play fun games and break up the monotony of daily routines.
